Site may require you to register to buy a ticket and/or receive our Bridal
Faire Newsletter. When entering your information for the prize
registration, you agree to provide us with complete, up to date and accurate information.
Your registration information must be done using your real name and mailing
information. Each registration is for your personal use only and not on
behalf of any other person or company.
*Acceptance of Agreement
By clicking on our links and/or creating an account/registering for the show and prizes, you agree to the terms and conditions outlined in this Terms of Use Agreement ("Agreement") with respect to our site. The Terms and Agreement will be sent to our advertisers and exhibitors upon electronic registration.
Arbitration.
Any legal controversy or legal claim arising out of an issue with this site, our other sites or the shows, shall be settled solely by binding arbitration in accordance with existing rules and agreed to oversight. The arbitration shall be conducted in San Diego County, California. Each party shall bear one-half of the arbitration fees and costs incurred for arbitration through US Justice Foundation or other legal counsel chosen by North County Bridal Faire-Inspired Vision Events. Accurate information about prizes, offers, incentives, show highlights, exhibitor specials etc. have been posted for the purpose of describing the event and sharing the planned activities with the public. These items, offers, specials and demonstrations are subject to change and may not be as shown. All reasonable efforts will be made to perform, reward and give away the exact or similar items and prizes shown. The attendee accepts these conditions.
*Unlawful Activity
We reserve the right to investigate complaints or reported violations of this Agreement and to take any action we deem appropriate, including but not limited to reporting any suspected unlawful activity to law enforcement officials, governing bodies, or other third parties and disclosing any information necessary or appropriate to such persons or entities relating to your profile, email addresses, usage history, posted materials, IP addresses and traffic information. Profane, illicit or offensive links, sponsors or material are prohibited.
*Press Release and use of name and photo We reserve the right to publish winners name, photos of booth displays, publicity features and press releases including photos and city (not the full address for security reasons) of all attendees, prize winners or sponsors.
