This information below applies to event items that may be added to the North County Bridal Faire in the future.
We do not charge more than the actual
charges that UPS or the US Postal Service charges to send your order. When you check out through PayPal, they handle your credit card information, so your personal data is always secure. Your
mailing information is not shared and used strictly for correspondence and shipping
purposes.

To
place an order on our website, please use our secure on-line shopping
basket and enter your credit card information once you are at the PayPal site. You will need to register and set an account up first. Your personal data is protected and your payment information is not shared on this site or kept on our servers.
You will be included in the Rewards once you become an advertiser.

Visitors Cart / Members Cart
Visitors Cart
Every visitor to our online shop will be given a 'Visitors Cart'. This allows the visitor to store their products in a temporary shopping cart. Once the visitor leaves the online shop, so will the contents of their shopping cart.
Members (Registered User) Cart
Every member to our online shop that logs in is given a 'Members
Cart'. This allows the member to add products to their shopping cart,
and come back at a later date to finalize their checkout. All products
remain in their shopping cart until the member has checked them out, or
removed the products themselves. Registered users are able to store addresses and have order history and details.
Info
If a member adds products to their 'Visitors Cart' and decides to log in to the online shop to use their 'Members Cart', the contents of their 'Visitors Cart' will merge with their 'Members Cart' contents automatically.
Shipping Methods
Our
distribution center determines the best parcel carrier for your
package’s delivery. The parcel carrier is based on the location, size
and number of packages going to a specific area and could be delivered
by UPS, U.S. Postal Service, etc.
CANCELLATIONS & CHANGES
Requests to cancel / change an order, must be received prior to the shipment of your order. If your order is already en route, or already delivered, we are unable to cancel / change your order. Requests to cancel / change an order received within 24 hours of order receipt, will be issued a full refund. Requests to cancel / change an order received after 24 hours of order receipt, prior to shipment, will be assessed a strict 10% cancellation fee.
Satisfaction
All companies (including ours) can guarantee satisfaction. But what does that really mean? As a savvy consumer, you know a guarantee is a promise, and that not all promises can be kept, or delivered upon 100% of the time. Our reputation as an honest gift provider is stronger then any guarantee.
With that being said, here is our message to you -
- We understand when giving a gift, that gift is an extension of you.
- We want you, and the recipient to be delighted with our gifts.
- If for any reason you are unsatisfied with your gift purchase, simply contact us, within 48 hours of delivery, and we will make it right, or offer an agreeable solution. Restrictions apply, and other policies listed are still applicable. Restocking and Shipping Fees are non-refundable.
RETURNS
In order to keep our prices low, all returns are subject to a strict 15% restocking fee. Returns must be received by us, within 7 business days of the original order's delivery date. All items must be returned in original, un-opened, and new (non-used) condition. You are responsible for all return shipping charges. Please note that we can only refund shipping costs, if the return is a result of our error. Otherwise, you will receive a full refund on your order (minus a 15% restocking fee), but the original and return shipping cost will not be refunded, and is non-negotiable. Note: Closeouts / Specials cannot be returned.
We will notify you via e-mail of your refund once we have received and processed the returned gift item. You can expect a refund to be issued, in the same form of payment originally used for purchase, within 3 business days of our receiving your return. Please note that the actual posting date of the return, is dependent on your financial institution.
